- Primero. CORREGIR de oficio el numeral 1º de la Sentencia T-373 de 2023, en el siguiente sentido:
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia de 9 de marzo de 2023, proferida por el Juzgado
- Cuarto. de Pequeñas Causas y Competencia Múltiple de Bogotá, que concedió parcialmente el amparo solicitado por la accionante. En su lugar, DECLARAR la CARENCIA ACTUAL DE OBJETO por daño consumado en el presente asunto, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, COMUNICAR a las partes del proceso de tutela la decisión adoptada en esta providencia.
